• Most parts orders placed before 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time ship same day
• We package your order with care to insure safe delivery
• We may drop ship some items for faster delivery times
• No additional shipping charges will apply for items that we do not stock

Bindery Parts Incorporated takes great pride in the products we sell, because of that; we take every effort to ensure your order is packaged to arrive safely. If an item is received damaged in shipment or your delivery is delayed due to improper shipping information call us immediately. We can also ship out on the customers UPS Account# if that number is provided to us at checkout.

Returns

All claims must be made for return of authorization within 5 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization number(RGA). Returns are subject to restocking fees.
