Hohner 52/8

A narrow stitching head for standard stitching or loop stitching.

• The stitching head for really high speeds: up to 20,000 cycles per hour.
• The most flexible wire stitching head available: Optional ex- change parts sets are available for different crown widths, inner diameters of loop or types of wire.
• A central adjustment of wire length and stitching thickness means that alteration from one job to another takes only a few seconds.
• Maximum stitching thicknesses of 8 mm (0.32 in.) when standard stitching with 14 mm (0.55 in.) crown width, 4 mm (0.16 in.) when stitching loops with inner dia. of 6 mm (0.24 in.), 3 mm (0.12 in.) when stitching loops with inner dia. of 8 mm (0.32 in.).
• Min. distance between staples depending on stitching thickness: 52-65 mm (2.05-2.56 in.) when standard stitching with 14 mm (0.55 in.) crown width, 54-60 mm (2.13-2.36 in.) when stitching loops with inner dia. of 6 mm (0.24 in.), 64-68 mm (2.52-2.68 in.) when stitching loops with inner dia. of 8 mm (0.32 in.).

    For round wire No. 24-28 (0,60-0,40 mm ø) (0.024-0.016 in. ø) or alternatiely No. 26-30 (0,50-0,35 mm ø) (0.020-0.014 in. ø) or alternatively No. 21-23 (0,80-0,70 mm ø) (0.031-0.027 in. ø) or alternatively for flat wire No. I-III (0,70 x 0,35 - 0,75 x 0,55 mm) (0.028 x 0.014 - 0.030 x 0.022 in.)

    Standard stitching with 16 mm (0.63 in.) crown width:
    For round wire No. 21-23 (0,80-0,70 mm ø) (0.031-0.027 in. ø) or alternatively No. 24-28 (0,60-0,40 mm ø) (0.024-0.016 in. ø)

    Standard stitching with 8 mm (0.32 in.) crown width
