Hohner 43/6S

A narrow stitching head for standard stitching or loop stitching. For installation on gathering machines, gang stitchers, stitching units on folding machines and automatic bindery flow lines for exercise books, pads etc.

• The newcomer to the Hohner stitching head family: The perfect combination of innovative design and traditional reliability.
• This stitching head is capable of closing the minimum distance down to an impressive 43 mm (1.69 in.) between stitch centers.
• The UNIVERSAL 43/6S is installed from the front and is a natural choice due to it’s operator friend- liness and easy access to all adjustments.
• The completely toolless adjust- ment of wire length and cutting box means that changeover from one thickness to another takes only seconds.
• When converting to loop stitching, only the former and bender need changing. This makes the conver- sion extremely simple with a minimum of down time.
• The smallest Hohner stitching head does not compromise on speed, it can easily work at 10,000 cycles per hour.
